This equipment is used for compacting and reducing the particle size of  dry mix (dry granulation) and/or contacting a mix of dry primary powder particles with granulating fluid (wet granulation) and removing the fluid with drying afterwards.   

According to your needs we design (CAD model) and manufacture optimal high-shear granulator unit for your application, made of stainless steel or Nickel Alloy C22. We produce and supply the entire integrated high-shear granulator systems with supporting equipment and software (HCU, sensors, SCADA, custom GUI …).
